ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Augst,2016) : Illegally detained Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Mohammad Yasin Malik has termed the spree of arrests and crackdowns against the party activists as highly uncivilized and undemocratic. According to KMS , Yasin Malik in a statement issued in Srinagar said such acts are glaring example of the authorities' frustration.
Condemning the approach of authorities regarding the hunger strike of JKLF leader, Zahoor Ahmad Butt in a police station, he said: "If anything happens to Zahoor Butt, the responsibility will lie on so-called rulers who want to suppress people's revolution through their oppressive acts." These tyrannical acts are bound to fail as people's revolutions cannot be intimidated by such undemocratic means, he maintained.
