PARIS, , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Nov, 2016 ) - Alain Juppe conceded defeat and congratulated Francois Fillon on his "large victory" in France's rightwing presidential Primary on Sunday. Speaking as partial results showed a resounding victory for Fillon, Juppe wished his opponent "good luck" in his campaign to become France's next leader in elections next year.
