French State Orders Trains To Save Alstom Factory: Sources

BELFORT, France, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Oct, 2016 ) - The French state has ordered 15 high-speed trains to save an Alstom factory in eastern France where 400 jobs are at stake, sources close to the deal said Tuesday.
As part of the agreement Alstom will invest 40 million Euros ($45 million) in the plant, whose future threatened to become a major issue in the campaign for next year's presidential election.
