Hong Kong Stocks End Morning Slightly Up

HONG KONG, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Augst,2016) - Hong Kong stocks finished the morning session slightly up Thursday even as a slump in the oil price weighed on investor sentiment in Asia, while Shanghai was flat. The Hang Seng Index added 0.
2 percent, or 43.08 points, to 22,535.51. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.09 percent, or 2.69 points, to 3,021.44, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, fell 0.49 percent, or 9.70 points, to 1,966.46.
