A DHA-based aesthetic dermatologist, while sharing a picture of Wasim Akram, wrote that fillers make his face look bloated and puffy, even making it hard for him to smile.
Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 17th April, 2019) Shaniera Akram is often seen schooling trolls and defending her husband and legendary cricketer Wasim Akram.
Recently, a dermatologist took to Instagram to criticise the cricketer for allegedly manipulating his face.
The DHA-based aesthetic dermatologist, while sharing a picture of Wasim Akram, wrote that fillers make his face look bloated and puffy, even making it hard for him to smile.
The dermatologist further said it can be seen from a distance that he has done something to his face, adding that fillers and botox should be done in a natural way so no one can point out the procedure.
This however did not go well with Shaniera who schooled the dermatologist, calling it gutter advertising.
“What gutter advertising, the absolute worst way to promote your business is by trashing other people or putting other people down in order to promote yourself,” Shaniera wrote.
Clarifying that her husband is against any such procedures and does not need to, she said the dermatologist has put down someone with a natural face with her post.
“Well done!! For a person in this field who manipulates peoples faces for a living I suggest you find someone else to be your pin cousin. What a desperate, trashy and unprofessional way market your business,” she said.
Shaniera further suggested the woman to promote her page in a positive healthy way as Fillers and Botox are something never to be taken lightly.
Shaniera added that a personal apology for her husband is very necessary.
