102 Nomination Papers For Six NA, 256 For 13 PA Seats Validated

MULTAN, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jun, 2018 ) ::Out of 110 candidates for six Constituencies of National Assembly seats, nomination papers of 102 aspirants were validated in Multan district as ECP deadline for second phase for general election ended on June 19.

Official sources told APP here on Wednesday that nomination papers of only eight candidates were rejected for NA constituencies.

They said as many as 296 aspirants filed the papers while 256 were approved and 38 were rejected for 13 provincial assembly seats in Multan district.

In NA-154, 23 candidates submitted their nomination papers whereas two papers were rejected, they informed and added that out of 26 papers only one paper was rejected in NA- 155.

They stated that in NA- 156, 23 candidates applied while papers of three candidates were rejected.

Nomination papers of two aspirants were rejected out of ten candidates in NA-158, they said.

They informed papers of the candidates were rejected out of ten in NA- 157 and 18 in NA- 159.
