5,394 Cops To Perform Security Duty On Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH)

The district administration, in collaboration with the Police Department and other law-enforcement agencies, has made all arrangements to provide security to Eid Miladun-Nabi (Peace Be upon Him) processions on Wednesday, Nov 21.
A police spokesman said on Monday that a total of 229 processions and 466 Mahafil would be arranged in connection with the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) celebrations across the division, and 5,394 policemen would perform security duty.
On the procession routes, CCTV cameras would be installed, walk-through gates and metal detector would be used for checking the participants.
Nine big processions including one in Sargodha, five in Mianwali, three in Bhakhar and one in Khushab would be taken out on the EidMilad day.
