AJK Expresses Solidarity With IOK In Their Struggle For Freedom

MIRPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) : In order to reiterate complete solidarity with people of occupied Kashmir and register protest against the continued killing of innocent Kashmiris and imposition of indefinite curfew by Indian forces in Srinagar and other parts of the held valley, protest demonstrations were held here on Wednesday. In response to the unanimous decision and call given by all the registered organization of all cadre AJK government, protest demonstrations comprising rallies and processions were held at various tehsil and districts of AJK including the capital city of Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Kotli, Bagh, Rawalakot, Sudhanoti, Bhimbher, Haveili, Htattiyan and Neelam valley against the killing of over 75 innocent Kashmiris.
The protest rallies were participated by the people representing all segments of civil society including social and political workers, members of the business community, transporters, lawyers, teachers, journalists, employees of government and private institutions, students, laborers and other working class. In Mirpur, a large of people including social and political workers, government employees, boys and girls students of local schools and colleges, thronged into the streets to stage the demonstration managed by various organization of the civil society.
