Anti-Corruption Department Bahawalpur Introduces New Procedure For Filing Of Applications

Director Anti-Corruption Bahawalpur Imran Raza has said that the Anti Corruption Department Punjab has introduced a new procedure for filing of application or complaint for making the accountability process more effective.
BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Sep, 2018 ) :Director Anti-Corruption Bahawalpur Imran Raza has said that the Anti Corruption Department Punjab has introduced a new procedure for filing of application or complaint for making the accountability process more effective.
He expressed these views while chairing a meeting in his office on Tuesday and said that the basic purpose to adopt new procedure was to stop filing of bogus and fake applications and to initiate accountability process on fast track basis.
He said that according to new procedure if a complainant or witness withdrew his application then action would be taken against him under Pakistan Penal Code Article 182.
The Director Anti-Corruption said that the application would be submitted on stamp paper and the applicant would sign all pages of the application. It would be complimentary for all applicants to inform the body about submission of applications during past one year and he will also inform that whether the matter was pending or not in any civil or criminal court or any other forum, he added.
Imran Raza said that a 17 points procedure would be adopted for filing of application.
