ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 19th March, 2019) Former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari has congratulated Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah upon the generation of electricity through the Thar Coal Project.

The former President lauded the work of the team of professionals associated with the project along with the devoted engineers and the hardworking workers.The former President said that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto's dream has come true.

He said that despite the numerous obstacles, the people of Sindh and Thar were successful in establishing the project. He concluded by saying that the start of this project has opened many avenues for the people of Thar and this is a good news not only for the people of Sindh but for the whole of Pakistan. NNI
