Assistant Advocates General Appointed At Dar-Ul- Qaza Minigra Bench Swat

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Haq Nawaz Advocate and Walayat Khan Advocate as Assistant Advocates General (AAG) at Dar-Ul- Qaza Minigra Bench Swat.
They shall not be allowed private practice or legal adviser ship of any kind and shall not be paid any fee for opinion work of provincial government as assigned to them by Law Department.
Their appointments are liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason or notice.
Meanwhile resignation tendered by Rafiq Ahmad, Assistant Advocate General at Dar-Ul-Qaza Swat has been accepted. It was notified by KP Law, Parliamentary Affairs and HumanRights Department, here on Tuesday.
