Candidates fined for violating polls code of conduct

Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali imposed fine two candidates Rs 50,000 each over due to violation of election code of conduct.

VEHARI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Jul, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali imposed fine two candidates Rs 50,000 each over due to violation of election code of conduct.

The deputy commissioner imposed the fine on candidates of NA-165 Aurangzeb Khan Khhichi and PP-236 Jahanzeb Khan Khhichi.

FIR also registered against the candidates over the use of loudspeaker.

Later, while talking to the media, the deputy commissioner said polls code of conduct would completely be implemented and eight teams had also been constituted for monitoring in their respective Constituencies.
