CM Forms Committee To Investigate Sessions Court Incident

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2018 ) :Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has constituted an inquiry committee for investigating the incident of firing on lawyers in Sessions Court.
The committee will be headed by Additional IG (Investigations) Punjab Malik Abu Bakar Khuda Bakhsh including DIG (Investigations) Punjab Waqas Nazir, District Public Prosecutor Lahore and a representative of Punjab Forensic Science Agency.
The committee will submit its comprehensive report to Chief Minister in 48 hours after holding its investigations, and will also submit its recommendations for further improving the security of Sessions Court. The committee will also determine the aspect of negligence of security officials for taking necessary action against them. APP/mnb/zqr
