Cotton Godown Gutted In Faisalabad

A cotton godown was reduced to ashes, in the area of Batala Colony police station

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2019 ) : A cotton godown was reduced to ashes, in the area of Batala Colony police station.

Rescue 1122 said on Monday that fire ingnited due to short curcuiting which engulfed the cotton godown of Baba Powderwala situated at Sammundri Road.

As a result, cotton bales were burnt to ashes.

On information, fire fighters of Rescue 1122 rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control after hectic efforts.

However, no loss of life was reported in the incident.
