Delimitation in four constituencies declared void

The Islamabad High Court(IHC) Friday declared the delimitation in four constituencies as void anddirected Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to conduct afresh delimitations

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jun, 2018 ) :The Islamabad High Court(IHC) Friday declared the delimitation in four Constituencies as void anddirected Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to conduct afresh delimitations.

Justice Aamer Farooq ofIHC heard the case related to the complaints about delimitations.

The court declared voidthe delimitations in constituencies including NA-15, NA-16 and two provincialconstituencies including PK-37 and PK-38.

However, the courtturned down the petitions against the delimitations of four districts includingMultan, Rahimyar Khan, Sialkot and Wihari.
