District Peace Committee Meets To Review Arrangements Of Eid Milad-un-Nabi

District Peace Committee met at Committee Room of Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Office to review arrangements of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
The meeting was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Shozab Saeed while the meeting was attended by District Police Officer Bahawalpur Ameer Taimoor, representatives of trade unions, Ulema of various sects, Assistant Commissioners of tehsils and representatives of minority religions.
The meeting was told that 83 processions would be taken out on 12 Rabi-ul-Awal (Wednesday 21 November) while 129 Mahafil-e-Milaad would also be held.
District Police Officer told the meeting that foolproof security arrangements would be done for processions and Mahafil.
He told that the traffic management plan would also be devised for the day. The meeting was further told that Deputy Commissioner and District Police Officer would processions and Mahafil-Milad to check arrangements.
