Flag Hoisting Ceremony Held At DC Office

The flag hoisting ceremony to mark 78th Pakistan Day was held here on Fridy in Deputy Commissioner Office.

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2018 ) ::The flag hoisting ceremony to mark 78th Pakistan Day was held here on Fridy in Deputy Commissioner Office. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Saif Anwar along with MPA Hamad Nawaz, Chairman District Council Sardar Umer khan, DPO Malik Owais Ahmed, Captain Adeel and ADCG Zahoor Hussain hoisted the National flag in the ceremony.

The troops of police and Rescue 1122 saluted the flag, While one minute silence was also observed during the ceremony. Addressing the ceremony, the DC said that it was the responsibility of each citizen to play his role for making motherland a peaceful and developed state.

MPA Hamad Nawaz said that it was a day on which we have to make commitment that we all would contribute foremost for the country by setting aside the domestic differences. Chairman District Council Sardar Umar Khan said that the nation should combat with all challenges faced by the country with unity.

Meanwhile, flag hoisting ceremonies were also held at all Tehsil Headquarters and offices of municipal committee.
