The City Division Police claimed to have arrested four kite manufacturers and recovered 5,500 kites besides raw material worth thousands of rupees

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Apr, 2019 ) :The City Division Police claimed to have arrested four kite manufacturers and recovered 5,500 kites besides raw material worth thousands of rupees.

Talking to the media at his office here Thursday, SP City Division Syed Ghazanfar Ali said a special police team conducted a raid at a factory and arrested the accused besides recovering 55 kites and other material.

The accused have been identified as Munir,Sabih, Khurram and Amer masih.

The SP said the City division police arrested 550 accused so far for kite flying and registered 521 cases against them in different police stations. During raids, the police recovered 13,387 kites and other items.
