Govt Striving To Provide Medical Facilities To People: Minster

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Nov, 2018 ) :Provincial Minister for HR&MA Aijaz Alam Augustine said availability of medical facilities in hospitals across the country was the top priority of the PTI government.

According to a handout issued here on Sunday, he said the Punjab government would use all available resources to ensure the provision of treatment facilities in the missionaries hospitals.

He expressed these views while speaking to the media after a meeting at the United Christian Hospital (UCH).

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said all possible measures would be taken to restore the UCH.

The minister said that he was grateful to the chief justice of Pakistan for taking special interest in the UCH's matters and formed a committee to resolve the issues.

He said the Human Rights and Minorities Affairs (HR&MA) department had started work to ensure the best facilities in the missionaries hospitals in the province.
