Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has failed to obtain more evidence from Britain while the deadline given by court had already expired on March 20
ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 22nd March, 2019) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has failed to obtain more evidence from Britain while the deadline given by court had already expired on March 20.Islamabad anti-terrorism court judge Shah Rukh Arjumand heard Imran Farooq murder case.
FIA prosecutor told the court that they have not yet received additional proof regarding the case from UK.On this, the court ordered FIA to submit written statement regarding completion of testimonies in the case. Meanwhile, FIA Lawyer sought more time to submit the written statement.The court accepted the request and adjourned the hearing till 28th of March. NNI
