MULTAN, Feb 2 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Feb, 2017 ) : Former speaker National Assembly Syed Fakhar Imam said on Thursday that Indian establishment created hurdles in the resolution of Kashmir and Siachen issues in the past.
Addressing a seminar on 'Freedom of Kashmir Movement and Our Responsibilities' here Thursday, he said the previous government had reached the political resolution of the issues but Indian extremist forces, backed by their establishment, sabotaged the plans.
He suggested that the government should bring Kashmir issue at all diplomatic forums including British Commonwealth, OIC and UNO more effectively to let the world know that Pakistan was incomplete without Kashmir. He cited numerous references from Pak-India history that showed injustices meted out to Kashmiris at the time of Partition.
