Lahore High Court Summons Lawyers To Argue On Plea Regarding Abid Boxer's Protection

Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday summoned lawyers of both parties to record their arguments on a plea regarding former police official dubbed as 'encounter master' Abid Boxer's protection.
Lahore, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Feb, 2018) Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday summoned lawyers of both parties to record their arguments on a plea regarding former police official dubbed as 'encounter master' Abid Boxer's protection.
Abid's father-in-law Jaffar Rafi submitted a plea, demanding to give protection to his son-in-law as he can be killed in fake encounter. He complained that the police were not disclosing details about his arrival in Pakistan despite repeated requests. Subsequently, the court has directed the lawyers to prepare for arguments and adjourned the hearing till March 8.
