Latest Amenities To Be Provided To People: AJK Minister

MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jan, 2019 ) : Jan 20 (APP):AJK government would spare no stone unturned to facilitate the masses with latest amenities of life including the network of link roads, potable water, health cover, and education.
This was expressed by AJK minister for local government and rural development Raja Nisar Ahmed Khan while talking to various delegations who called on him in Kotli city of Mirpur division on Sunday.
Khan told the delegations that a number of mega development projects are underway for welfare and prosperity of people of the State.
Upon completion of these fast tracked projects people would witness a new era of development in their areas, he added.
He said government was focusing on strengthening of institutions, promotion of tourism, exploiting potential of hydropower generation and restoration of merit.
He said after completion of reconditioning of almost all the highways, measures are now afoot at local level for standard link roads to give farmers and peasants access to markets apart from provision of connectivity to the people for better travelling.
