Lecture On Historical Background Of Chakdara Fort, Churchill Picquet Held

Lecturer, Department of Sociology, University of Malakand Dr. Waseem Khan, was invited as a speaker at Chakdara Fort for a lecture on the significance of historical places including Chakdara Fort, Museum and Churchill picquet in Dir Lower District, Khyber Pakhtunkhaw

DIR LOWER (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jan, 2019 ) :Lecturer, Department of Sociology, University of Malakand Dr. Waseem Khan, was invited as a speaker at Chakdara Fort for a lecture on the significance of historical places including Chakdara Fort, Museum and Churchill picquet in Dir Lower District, Khyber Pakhtunkhaw.

The Commanding Officer Chakdara Fort pledged for close collaboration with the UoM for the uplift of community and the area.

He welcome all the stakeholders of UoM to visit Chakdara fort and Churchill picquet.

Dr. Waseem Khan said that the journey of such events would continue in future as well.

He briefed the participants about the historical perspective of the area.
