The Judge of Model Criminal Trial Court Hyderabad Wednesday awarded death sentence to nominated accused in a murder case

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2019 ) :The Judge of Model Criminal Trial Court Hyderabad Wednesday awarded death sentence to nominated accused in a murder case.

He also awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.

50,000/- to same accused namely Zubair s/o Abdul Latif and issued warrants of arrest declaring other nominated accused persons namely Sharif alias Kalia and Muhammad Ali as absconders.

According to prosecution, accused Zubair s/o Abdul Latif along with his brothers Sharif alias Kalia and Muhammad Ali had kidnapped a 18 years old Hassam Kaimkhani and later killed him by resorting firing on him on December 6, 2010 in the jurisdiction of City Police Station Hyderabad.
