Mumtaz Bhutto Granted Protective Bail

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Nov, 2016 ) : The Sindh High Court (SHC) Wednesday granted protective bail to the former chief minister of Sindh and the chairman of Sindh National Front Mumtaz Bhutto in an alleged murder case.
A single bench of Justice Shahnawaz Tariq granted ten days protective bail to him against a surety bond of Rs 100, 000.
Mumtaz Bhutto had been nominated in a FIR for allegedly inciting for the murder of Asadullah Khuhro.
The petitioner appearing before the court pleaded that he was innocent and was being implicated in the false case at the behest of political opponents. Upon that the court granted him protective bail for a period of ten days.
