Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi Teams Confiscate 37 Truckloads Of Goods

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi (MCR) under its anti-encroachment drive, confiscated 37 truckloads of goods from different areas of the city during the last ten days
A MCR spokesman said on Friday that the teams conducted operation in Raja Bazar, Naswari Bazar, Gandum Mandi, Banni Chowk, Barra Market, Liaquat Road, Iqbal Road,Murre road, Jinnah Road, Khanayan-e-Sir Syed, Bangash Colony, Sadiqabad, Commercial Market, Commercial Market, Perwadhai, Double Road, Kurri Road, Band Khanna Road, and Murree road.
The MCR teams removed illegal sheds, cemented constructions, banners, and cleared footpaths and pillars occupied by the vendors and confiscated 36 truckloads of goods.
The spokesman said the enforcement staff would continue the operationand added violators would be fined, besides confiscating their goods.
