Murderer Gets Life Term In Sargodha

Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Ashfaq on Monday awarded life imprisonment to a culprit involved in a murder case of Jauharabad police station

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2019 ) -:Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Ashfaq on Monday awarded life imprisonment to a culprit involved in a murder case of Jauharabad police station.

According to court sources,Muhammad Chiragh Bali r/o Hadali village along with his five accomplices--Ubaid-ur-Rehman, Osama, Nasir Iqbal, Abdul Basit and Zafarullah had murdered opponent Zafar Iqbal over old enmity in 2007.

Local police registered a case and presented challans in the court.

After completion of the arguments,the learned Judge awarded 25 years jail imprisonment to the culprit Muhammad Chiragh Bali along with a fine of Rs. 200,000.

The court acquitted four other accused on the advantage of doubt and ordered arrest of co-accused Zafarullah immediately.
