According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-81 Gujranwala-lll constituency with 130837 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate NISAR AHMAD was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 122041 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate SAEED IQBAL who got 40163 votes.

At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-81. In 2013 elections, there were 344031 voters registered in NA-81, out of which 212395 votes were polled out.
