Nasim Urges Sindh Govt To Provide Employment Rather Selling Jobs

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2019 ) :Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Barrister Farogh Naseem on Monday urged the government of Sindh to provide employment to people living in rural areas rather than selling jobs.
Talking to a private news channel programme, he said there were institutions in Sindh but unfortunately they were not functioning well.
There was a need to have review on National Finance Commission (NFC), he said.
Discouraging the quota system, he said it was an illegal way to provide jobs. He added that there was already a judgment of the apex and federal Shariat court regarding provision of jobs through a legal way.
Opting quota system was an illegal act as per judgment of the apex and Shariat court, he said. Barrister Farogh Nasim said both the courts had rejected the notion of giving jobs through quota system.
Commenting on Presidential form of system, he said it was not an undemocratic process. It was a democratic system which could be brought through amending constitution, he added.
There is another option of referendum which could be used for presidential form of system. In many countries, he said the presidential form of system was functioning.
