National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) has completed up-gradation 550/220 Grid Station Shiakarpur with installation of 220/132 KV Auto transformer

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2019 ) :National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) has completed up-gradation 550/220 Grid Station Shiakarpur with installation of 220/132 KV Auto transformer.

The installation would help eliminate the forced load management from 132kv Humyun, Jaccoabad, Shiakarpur, Arain Road and khankot G/ stations, said a statement issued here Thursday.

100MW will be added on 132kv system, if further said.

This augmentation will also remained helpful in order to give relief to Auto Transformer of Guddu as well as improve the voltage profile of SEPCO & QESCO region.

Previous voltage profile was under permissible limit but now it come to safe limit
