One Million Patients Treated At Government Hospital Bahawalpur

The government hospital in Bahawalpur received over one million patients during January to November this year, according to District Health Authority statistics
BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :The government hospital in Bahawalpur received over one million patients during January to November this year, according to District Health Authority statistics.
During the prevailing year, 854,297 patients were provided treatment at the outdoor department and 12,135 at the indoor departments of the Civil Hospital.
The MS civil hospital, talking to APP, said the patients from other provinces also got treatment at this hospital.
He said the patients were also given free medicines worth millions of rupees along with other facilities including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory tests by the hospital.
"Hundreds of doctors and paramedical staff were serving patients in the hospital round theclock," he reiterated.
