Peshawar Police Busts 15 Drug Smugglers Including Two Female

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2018 ) :Capital City Police Peshawar has arrested 15 drug sellers including two females during its action against drug peddlers in the city.

According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, the city police recovered 26 kg of hashish, one kg opium and more than 500 grams of heroin.

The arrested female smugglers have been detained at Women Police Station while the male smugglers are kept in police station for investigation.

The action against drug smugglers has been taken in pursuance of directives of Chief Capital Police Officer, Qazi Jamil-ur-Rehman. SSP Operations Javed Iqbal is supervising the crack down, the statement added.
