Physical Remand Of Ex-senator Extended In Plots' Fraud Case

An accountability court on Monday extended physical remand of former senator Ammar Gulzar, owner of Pak-Arab Housing Society, for another 10 days in plots' fraud case.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Oct, 2018 ) :An accountability court on Monday extended physical remand of former senator Ammar Gulzar, owner of Pak-Arab Housing Society, for another 10 days in plots' fraud case.

Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials produced the accused before Accountability Court Judge Syed Najamul Hassan.

They submitted that investigation was in progress and further remand was required for the purpose.

The court extended the physical remand of the accused for another 10 days and directed NAB for producing him in the court on expiry of the remand term, on Oct 25.
