Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Khizer Hayat has won PP-196 with 50329 votes.

Sahiwal (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Khizer Hayat has won PP-196 with 50329 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-196 Sahiwal-I constituency with 50329 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Abdul Waheed Chouhdry was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 33030 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Rana Abdul Jabbar who got 28826 votes.

At least 33 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-196. In 2013 elections, there were 175778 voters registered in PP-196, out of which 88689 votes were polled out.
