Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) In the Pre-Engineering Group, Osama Aqeel S/O Aqeel Mohsin Roll No 550093 of Punjab College of Science, 151 - Ferozepur Road, Lahore secured First position with 1051 marks, Second Position was shared by Government College University (GCU) Lahore students Muhammad Haris Shah S/O Muhammad Luqman Shah Roll No 547433 and Sheraz Ahmed S/O Naseer Ahmed Chaudhry Roll No 547927 with 1049 marks each while the Third position was bagged by Muhammad Usama S/O Muhammad Arshad Roll No 548999 of Government College University (GCU) Lahore with 1048 marks.
In the Pre-Engineering (Among Girls) Group, Sana Sajid D/O Syed Sajid Habib Roll No 537255 of Punjab College for Women, 27 - C Noon Avenue Muslim Town Lahore secured First position with 1034 marks, Second Position was won by Hareem Raza D/O Raza Hussain Roll No. 537044 of Govt. Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore with 1032 marks while the Third position in this category was secured by Arooj Irfan D/O Muhammad Irfan Roll No 537335 of Punjab College for Women, 27 - C Noon Avenue Muslim Town Lahore with 1030 marks.
In the General Science (Among Boys) Group, all three positions were bagged by Punjab Group of Colleges (PGC) boys. The First position in this group was grabbed by Muhammad Saqib Rana S/O Muhammad Tahir Roll No 571551 of Punjab College of Information Technology, 31-C Noon avenue, Muslim Town, Lahore with 1029 marks, Second Position was clinched by Muhammad Umer Farooq S/O Muhammad Aslam Farooq Roll No 569029 of Punjab College of Commerce & Science, Asal Road, Near Overhead Bridge, Raiwind, Lahore with 1027 marks while the Third position in this category was clinched by Muhammad Umair Malik S/O Muhammad Usman Ghani Roll No 578200 of Punjab College of Commerce, 314-Riwaz Garden, Chouburji, Lahore with 1016 marks.
In the General Science (Among Girls) Group, once again PGC girls from Punjab College for Women, 27-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town, Lahore browbeat all other competitors. First position was snatched by Fatima Shafqat D/O Shafqat Ali Butt Roll No 562441 with 1028 marks, Second Position was Fatima Saleem D/O Muhammad Saleem Roll No. 561040 with 1010 marks while the Third position went to Zainab Naz Butt D/O Ghulam Muhammad Butt Roll No 561222 with 1008 marks.
In the Commerce (Among Boys) Group, Mian Furqan Waqar S/O Mian Waqar Elahi Mansoor Roll No 594169 of Punjab College of Commerce, 29-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town Lahore secured First position with 1005 marks, Second Position was won by Muhammad Safi Ullah Javaid S/O Muhammad Javaid Khan Roll No.
594834 of Govt. College University (GCU), Lahore with 997 marks while the Third position in this category was clinched by Mobin Hassan S/O Shahid Ahmad Roll No 596610 of Punjab College of Commerce, 29-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town Lahore with 990 marks.
In the Commerce (Among Girls) Group, Javairia Javed Khan D/O Javed Hassan Khan Roll No 583531 of Punjab College for Women, 27-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town Lahore secured First position with 1009 marks, Second Position was shared by Laiba Babar D/O Shahanshah Babar Butt Roll No. 585690 a Private Candidate from Lahore and Muttal Asif D/O Muhammad Asif Roll No 582984 of ASPIRE College for Girls, 23-D-A/1 Gulberg III Lahore, with 999 marks each while the Third position in this category was clinched by Samra Alfat D/O Mohammad Altaf Roll No 583763 of Punjab College for Women, 27-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town Lahore with 997 marks.
In the Humanities (Among Boys) Group, Usman Ghani S/O Azhar Ghani Roll No 647271 of Govt. Higher Secondry school Khudian Khas, Kasur secured First position with 954 marks, Second Position was won by Ghlam Mustafa S/O Muhammad Iqbal Roll No. 674039 of stars Degree College for Boys GT Road, Lahore with 950 marks while the Third position in this category was bagged by Taimoor Raza Sultan S/O Sultan Ahmed Roll No 664729 of Govt. College University, (GCU) Lahore with 948 marks.
In the Humanities (Among Girls) Group, Iqra D/O Muhammad Yaseen Roll No 603687 of Allama Iqbal Public Higher Secondary School for Girls, Pakeeza Colony, Kasur secured First position with 1015 marks, Second Position was secured by Tayyaba Dar D/O Kifayat Ullah Roll No. 642321 of Govt. Inter College for Girls Ferozewala, Sheikhupura with 993 marks while the Third position was won by Uzma Waris D/O Waris Masih Roll No 631148 of Punjab College for Women, 27-C Noon Avenue, Muslim Town, Lahore with 988 marks.
The Medal Ceremony for the position-holders of the BISE Lahore Intermdiate Inter (Part I & II) Exmaniantion 2018 will be held at the Falletis Hotel Egerton Road on September 12 (Wednesday) at 09:00 am while the detailed result of the Intermediate (Part II) examination 2018 will be declared at 10:00 am.
Provincial Higher education Minister Raja Yasir Humayun Sarfraz will be the chief guest on the occasion and give away medals and certificates among the top position holders of the Lahore board.
