According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-61 Tando Allahyar-II constituency with 47383 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Mahesh Kumar Malani was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 42137 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Arbab Naimatullah who got 29346 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-61. In 2013 elections, there were 133254 voters registered in PS-61, out of which 89319 votes were polled out.
