Rwp DCC Meeting Reviews Law & Order Situation, Development Projects

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2021 ) :District Coordination Committee (DCC) Rawalpindi on Wednesday reviewed in detail the law and order situation here in the district and progress of ongoing development projects.
Central Secretary General, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Member National Assembly and Convener Rawalpindi, District Coordination Committee (DCC), Amir Mahmood Kiani presided over a meeting held here.
Members of National and Provincial Assemblies from Rawalpindi District attended the meeting.
Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi, City Police Officer, Rawalpindi and officers of other departments were also present on the occasion.
The meeting reviewed in detail the law and order situation in the district and also discussed the progress of ongoing development projects.
The meeting discussed issues being faced by the citizens and the facilities being provided to them.
Amir Mehmood Kiani on the occasion said that the PTI government was striving to improve the quality of governance in the country as per the vision of the Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The welfare of the people is the first priority of the government which could not be compromised, he added.
For effective solutions of public problems, the government machinery has to show extraordinary activity by abandoning the traditional approach, Amir Kiani said.
"We would provide relief to the citizens as per the vision of the Prime Minister Imran Khan. We will fulfill every promise made to the people in the light of PTI manifesto," he added.
