ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jan, 2019 ) :Sakafat - the Colours of Culture will hold a colourful two-day "Culture, Food and Fashion Festival" here on January 26 at the National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage, Lok Virsa.
The event features cultural exhibit, food enclave, fashion atelier, shopping stall, tourism exhibit, kids arena, home decor, music and much more for fun lovers of twin-cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Sakafat's events focus on celebrating Pakistan's culture, heritage, lifestyle, weddings and handcrafted products to promote and preserve the dying arts, crafts and traditions for the young generation as well as engage youngsters in healthy activities, said the organizers while talking to APP.
This festival will be an opportunity for photographers, fashion bloggers, media, general public, food lovers, culture and fashion lovers to know about upcoming fashions, promote street style fashions and witness the rich diversity of cultural heritage of the country.
The traditional food courts would be set up in the artistically designed cultural pavilions during the festival to promote the traditional and international cuisine of the country.
Sakafat has a 20 years' experience of arranging and executing international events, exhibitions, heritage tours, production and export of handy craft, seminars, literary Book launching, thematic events, musical concerts, sufi nights, brand launching and International cultural exchange of events.
