Sargodha lawyers observe strike, cause problems for litigants

The District Bar Association (DBA) Sargodha on Tuesday observed complete strike demanding establishment of a Lahore High Court (LHC) divisional bench in the city causing problems for litigants coming from far flung areas.

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Nov, 2018 ) :The District Bar Association (DBA) Sargodha on Tuesday observed complete strike demanding establishment of a Lahore High Court (LHC) divisional bench in the city causing problems for litigants coming from far flung areas.

Addressing the lawyers, DBA President Sardar Ansar Abbas and General Secretary Saad Ullah Warraich said setting up a high court bench in Sargodha was due right of the local people and urged the government to consider their demand.
