SBP Condoles Death Of Female Footballer

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Oct, 2016 ) : Director General sports Punjab, Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghumman has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of Pakistan's professional footballer Shahlyla Baloch, who died in a tragic car accident in Karachi.

Ghumman in his condolence message here Thursday, prayed to Allah Almighty that the departed soul may rest in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.

Ghumman said Shahlyla was one of the best strikers of national women football team. "She got prominence in football community at the young age of seven. Her demise deprived Pakistan of a potential football player," he added.
