SHC CJ Refuses To Hear May 12 Tragedy Petition

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Nov, 2016 ) : Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah Tuesday refused to hear a petition seeking formation of a larger bench regarding May 12 tragedy, saying he was among the affected of the same tragedy.
The bench headed by the Chief Justice referred the matter to anoter bench headed by senior pusine judge Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh. The petition was filed by Syed Iqbal Kazmi.
