Sindh Building Control Authority Demolishes Illegal Constructions; Cancels NOC Of Park Plaza Apartments,Shopping Centre

The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) on Monday demolished various illegal constructions in pursuance Water Commission's directives.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Nov, 2018 ) :The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) on Monday demolished various illegal constructions in pursuance Water Commission's directives.

The authority also banned advertisement, sale and construction work of a project located in North Karachi namely "Park Plaza Apartments and Shopping Centre" cancelling its No Objection Certificate (NOC).

According to details, the authority in pursuance of Water Commission formed by the Supreme Court demolished illegally constructed walls, partitions, roofs, floors and others in Gulberg Town, Gulshan Iqbal Town, Jamshed Town, PECHS, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, New Karachi Town, Liaquatabad Town, Saddar Town and Shah Faisal Town.

The operations were supervised by the concerned Deputy and Assistant Building Directors and Demolition Officers while to maintain law and order during the operations SBCA police force officials were also present.
