Voters protest against Zahid Hamid as he arrives in NA-74

The PMLN leader hurriedly left the scene in his car

Pasrur (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 30th June, 2018) Former Law Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leader Zahid Hamid also got surrounded by angry voters as he went in his constituency asking for votes.

The voters raised slogans against the PMLN leader who hurriedly left the scene in his car.

According to details, the former law minister went to the Returning Office for the allotment of election symbol when the incident took place. The voters gathered around his car and raised slogans of ‘Chor, Chor’ (Thief) against him.

Hamid’s driver managed to speedily drive the car from there.

The angry protesters said that the former law minister did not carry out any development work in his constituency NA-74.

Similar incidents have been happening with other political leaders as they have begun their election campaigns.

Earlier, a similar incident took place with PMLN leader Khawaja Saad Rafique when he was addressing the people during his election campaign. A youngster stood up and asked I am the youth of this country and I want to ask a question regarding my future. When the youth was asking his question, Saad saw his mobile phone and said please switch off this phone or his video will go viral on social media.
