Zardari Owns Rs. 758 Million In Cash, 349 Acres Of Land

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jun, 2018 ) :PPP Co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari, who is contesting election from NA-213, has submitted his affidavit with Returning Officer Muhammad Mehboob Awan.
According to affidavit, Asif Zardari has declared cash amount owned by him as Rs.75,86,69,073 while during previous financial year the amount was Rs.75,87,94,053. In the affidavit Asif Zardari has declared that he was not defaulter of any government department.
He has shown his educational qualification as Diploma holder and stated that he has no foreign passport and his voter No. is 404 in the election roll.
According to affidavit, his source of income was agriculture and business.
He personally owns 349.16 acres agriculture land while 7399 acres are on lease/contract. He mentioned income of of Rs.10,55,060 from agriculture during the year 2015 and earned Rs.76,66,000 from his business and paid a tax of Rs.19,05,600.
During the year 2016 Zardari earned Rs.11,40,85,000 from agriculture and Rs.82,45,900 from business side. He paid Rs.21,05,565 as tax during the same year.
According to affidavit Asif Zardari during the year 2017 earned Rs.13,40,16,650 from his agriculture lands and Rs.97,51,400 from business and paid Rs. 26,32,490. He also stated that he has paid no fee to party to obtain ticket to contest in election 2018.
