The Sanjay Dutt biopic has released in theatres today and its leak on the first day might affect the business of the film to a great extent.

As soon as the news of the leak went viral on Twitter, Ranbir’s fans urged Twitterati to not encourage piracy and watch the movie in the theatres.

Sanju, which documents the highs and lows of Sanjay Dutt's controversial life, has hit the screens today.

Bollywood heart-throb Ranbir Kapoor is playing Sanjay Dutt in the movie and has acted through the five different stages of Sanjay Dutt’s life. Other than Ranbir, the movie stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Jim Sarbh and Boman Irani.

It is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios.
