MIAMI, , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2017 ) - Colton Sissons struck a hat-trick as the Nashville Predators powered into the Stanley Cup finals on Monday with a 6-3 win over the Anaheim Ducks.
Austin Watson and Sissons had fired Nashville into a 2-0 first period lead but Ondrej Kase pulled one back in the second period to make it 2-1.
Sissons grabbed a second to make it 3-1 before Chris Wagner and Cam Fowler scored for Anaheim to tie it at 3-3.
The Anaheim fightback was the cue for a sustained rally from Nashville, who regained the lead through Sissons before Filip Forsberg made it 5-3 for Nashville. Watson grabbed his second of the night to complete an emphatic win for Nashville, who took the best-of-seven series 4-2 and will now face either Pittsburgh or Ottawa for the Stanley Cup.
