Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Wednesday that he planned to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in the future, even though there were no any agreements on such summit yet.
VLADIVOSTOK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 12th September, 2018) Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Wednesday that he planned to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in the future, even though there were no any agreements on such summit yet.
"I, too, must eliminate mutual mistrust, take a step forward and, in the end, communicate directly with Chairman of the State Affairs Commission Kim Jong Un. At the moment, there are no decisions on the Japan-North Korea summit," Abe told the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok.
