OPEC Intends to Keep Oil Price at $70 Per Barrel - Iraqi Oil Minister

CAIRO (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd September, 2021) OPEC and partners intend to keep the oil price at $70 per barrel, Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar said.

"OPEC and its allies are working to keep the price of a barrel of oil at a rate close to $70 a barrel," Abdul Jabbar told the Iraqi news Agency (INA).

He said Iraq hopes to maintain the oil price at more than $65 per barrel, and expects that the output increase will remain at 400,000 barrels per month.
