Pakistan's Liquid Foreign Reserves Position

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2019 ) :The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$15,126.5 million on May 17, 2019, said a weekly report issued by the SBP here on Thursday.

The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: i) Foreign reserves held by the SBP : US$ 8,057.

6 million ii) Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks : US$ 7,068.9 million iii) Total liquid foreign reserves : US$ 15,126.5 million During the week ending May 17, SBP's reserves decreased by US$788 million to US$8,057.6 million, due to external debt servicing and other official payments.
